Your satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why DermWORX created our 30-Day Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. In the event that you would like to return a product that you purchased from Dermworx, please read the frequently asked questions posted below and contact us to facilitate your return. All Items must be authorized by Dermworx and a return authorization number must be given. Please call our customer service department at (503) 885-3960 (M-F 9am-5pm, Pacific Time) to receive a return authorization number.

What items can I return, and in what timeframe?

Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt if the items were defective, improperly shipped or if you were not satisfied for any reason.

How can I return a product?

Give us a call at our toll free number, (503) 885-3960 (M-F 9am-5pm, Pacific Time). One of our trained staff will provide you with a return authorization number and full instructions to send the product back to us. We will not process any returns without a proper return authorization number.

Are there exceptions to your return policy?

Any clearance, promotional or special sale items can not be returned under our satisfaction guarantee. You may only return one open unit of any item due to dissatisfaction. We are also not responsible for any items that were improperly stored or mishandled after delivery.

When will I see my credit after returning a product?

Please allow up to 14 days after you send the product back to us in order to see the credit on your credit card.

Who pays to ship the return back to Dermworx?

The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges for returned items. In the case of improper shipping, or a defective item, Dermworx will credit the shipping charge back to you.

What if I bought a bundle or a set and one of the products need to be returned?

Individual items within sets can be returned separately. If you received a special discount for a bundle (I.E. purchasing multiple items together), your refund amount will be: The regular price of the item, minus the value of any promotional discounts received.

How long do I have to return the item that I want to return?

You must call our customer service department within 30 days of receipt of your order in order to get a return authorization number. Once you get your return authorization number, you have 30 days to return the item back to Dermworx. If you return your product after the 30 days allotted, your return will not be eligible for a credit.

Can I return an item I purchased at a skin professional’s office?

Yes, but with some exceptions. Call our customer service department at (503) 885-3960 (M-F 9am-5pm, Pacific) for more details. If you haven’t done so, you may need to create an account on DermWORX.com and you may be asked to provide a valid receipt of purchase from an authorized retailer. Items purchased from unauthorized sources cannot be guaranteed genuine and cannot be returned.
